Triple Co Roast, an independent specialty coffee roaster based just five minutes from our restaurant, is committed to sourcing ethically and sustainably grown beans from around the world. Each batch is carefully hand-roasted to bring out the unique character and flavour of every coffee.
All our Meat is reared from the SALSA (Safe and Local Suppliers Accreditation) accredited Ben Creese Country Butcher in Gloucester – a family run butchers of three generations – they pride themselves in delivering the best produce in the safe and correct way.
